Voith provides training and operator support to refresh or convey knowledge on the operation or maintenance of all systems.
A high level of knowledge on every part of the systems operating personnel is the basis and precondition for maintaining quality standards. Voith plans and implements training in which knowledge is refreshed or conveyed, including practical training at the machine. Classroom training also takes place on site at the customer’s location, with content and duration customized for the customer’s needs.
Trainings are used to ensure higher production efficiency and system availability through having well-educated personnel. Thus production stoppages, accidents or unplanned downtimes can also be prevented.
