Voith Paper: Mondi Packaging Raubling and Voith Paper Rolls signed the first Voith Total Roll Management (TRM) contract in central Europe Total Roll Management contract with Mondi Packaging Raubling Mondi Packaging Raubling and Voith Paper Rolls signed the first Voith Total Roll Management (TRM) contract in central Europe. Total Roll Management is an overall concept for paper machine rolls providing the utmost and constant efficiency in roll performance. The agreement is geared to a long-term and intensive cooperation. The goal of the concept is a continuous optimization of the performance and availability of the paper machine. With Voith TRM Mondi Packaging Raubling can solely concentrate on its core business, the production of paper, while the complete service is in the hands of experienced experts. Mondi is an integrated paper and packaging group founded in South Africa in 1967. In 2006 it had revenues of €5.751 billion. Its key operations and interests are in Western Europe, Emerging Europe and South Africa. Mondi is principally involved in the manufacture of packaging paper, converted packaging products (including corrugated packaging, bags and flexible packaging) and office paper. In addition, it has merchant operations which focus on Austria and Emerging Europe and newsprint operations in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Russia. Mondi is integrated across the paper and packaging production process from the growing of wood for pulp production and the manufacture of pulp and paper to the conversion of packaging papers into corrugated packaging and industrial bags.
