With this project, production is to be increased from 330 t / 24 hr to 440 t / 24 hr. To achieve the production increase, the stock and water system of the approach flow system is being completely modernized with elements of the advanced wet end process and adapted to the new production quantity. In the process, high-quality components such as a cleaner with EcoMizer technology and Voith screening machines are being used. In addition, the ComMix and Hydromix systems ensure an excellent mixture of fibers, fillers, chemicals and white water. TwinFlo F refiners provide gentle and consistent refining. Completely new broke preparation ensures the required quality of the stock that is fed back. In addition, various rebuilds are being undertaken on the paper machine. Among them are a ModuleSteam steam box in the press section, various components for increasing efficiency in tail threading, new Voith steam joints and pocket ventilation. At the same time, significant quality improvements and energy savings are to be expected from these rebuild measures. Since JSC Vyborgskaya Cellulose will also use recovered paper for various products in the future, the delivery also includes completely new stock preparation for using recovered paper including complete reject treatment system. With this order, JSC Vyborgskaya Cellulose has recognized the advantages of a process line package (PLP) and has also assigned to Voith the responsibility for the system accessories: pumps, field instrumentation and electrical drives are likewise included in the delivery.
