Industrial process heat is one of the largest opportunities for industrial decarbonization. We focus on scalable solutions that integrate technologies such as heat pumps, mechanical vapor recompression (MVR), thermocompressors, and similar equipment into existing steam, heat, and energy systems. The core challenge is not the standalone technology itself, but its efficient system integration: enabling electric alternatives to be engineered faster, operated more intelligently, and implemented with a compelling business case for plant operators. Our ambition is to move from bespoke, one-off projects to standardized and scalable solutions that can be replicated across sites and industries. We welcome ideas that drive breakthrough improvements in equipment and component technologies, enhance system control, flexibility, and operational performance, improve engineering efficiency through modularization and standardization, strengthen the economic value for operators, or introduce innovative business models that accelerate adoption and reduce implementation risks.
