In Voith’s mentorship programs, senior executives pass on their expertise, know-how, experience, and perspectives to mentees. Over a period of 12 months, the mentor acts as a guide and supporter, promoting the mentee’s development. When matching mentors and mentees, we pay special attention to individual goals and interpersonal aspects to guarantee the best possible learning experience.

Training & learning
Our competence training covers a broad spectrum: leadership and social skills, specialty know-how, and methodological expertise.
