Voith AG issues securities in which trading on an organized market is licensed, and according to § 10 para 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) is required to make a document (known as the "Annual Document") available to the general public at least once a year.

In the last twelve months Voith AG didn't publish information or made information available to the public according to the security regulations in section 10 para 1 of WpPG.
