Following a historic peak in the previous year, earnings in fiscal year 2006/07 were once again excellent. Buoyed by the consistently positive economic situation, earnings before tax stood at € 290 million (against € 330 million in the previous year).
Net income before earnings attributable to providers of non-current capital came to € 179 million (previous year: € 246 million). It should, however, be noted that a one-time effect totaling € 112 million from the sale of DIS AG, Düsseldorf, significantly impacted the previ-ous year’s figures. Due to the sale of Grundstücks- und Baugesellschaft AG, Heidenheim, earnings for the fiscal year under review also contain a one-time effect in the amount of € 26 million. |
