2026-06-18 Voith Paper Announces Leadership Transition Effective October 1
- Andreas Endters to leave Voith at his own request at the end of the fiscal year (Sept. 30, 2026) after more than 35 years with the company
- Tero Kokko to assume the position of President & CEO Voith Paper effective October 1, 2026
- Voith continues to align its Paper business with evolving customer and market requirements
Heidenheim, Germany, June 18, 2026. Andreas Endters has informed the shareholders and Group management of his decision to leave Voith at the end of the current fiscal year. This request has been accepted.
Effective October 1, 2026, Tero Kokko will join the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA and, as President & CEO of Voith Paper, will assume responsibility for the Group Division.
During Andreas Endters more than three decades with Voith, he has significantly shaped the business through a variety of international leadership roles. He played a key role in developing Voith Paper into one of the world's leading technology partners for the paper industry.

Kokko currently leads the global pulp business area at the Finnish technology company Valmet. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and business development. Kokko holds a doctorate in Automation and Control Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
