Dirk Hoke has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA since April 1, 2025. Prior to joining Voith, he was CEO of Volocopter GmbH from September 2022 to February 2025.
Mr. Hoke brings extensive international leadership experience. From 1996 to 2016, he held various senior management positions at Siemens, including CEO Siemens Africa, CEO Industrial Solutions, CEO Customer Services, and most recently CEO Large Drives. He then served as CEO of Airbus Defence and Space and was a member of the Global Executive Committee at Airbus.
Dirk Hoke began his professional career in 1994 at Renault in Paris after graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from TU Braunschweig.
Stephanie Holdt

Stephanie Holdt has served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith Group since May 1, 2022. Prior to joining Voith, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of USG Corporation, a leading building materials manufacturer based in Chicago, where she also oversaw the company’s IT organization.
Ms. Holdt joined Knauf Group in 2014 as Vice President Corporate Controlling, a role she held until 2018. In 2013, she served as Senior Director Finance for BMW Group in Munich.
From 2009 to 2012, she was Senior Manager Corporate Controlling at Knorr-Bremse AG. Ms. Holdt holds a degree in International Business Administration and began her career in 2003 at Brose, where she held various leadership positions in Controlling and Finance, including assignments in the United States.
Andreas Endters

Andreas Endters is President & CEO of Voith Paper and Member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGag, roles he has held since October 1, 2017.
From September 2024 to March 2025, he additionally assumed the role of Interim Head of Group Executive Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA.
Mr. Endters brings more than three decades of international leadership experience within the Voith Group. He has held senior management positions at Voith Paper and Voith Hydro, including responsibility for the Business Line Projects, the Paper Machines business, and global project execution in the Large Hydro segment.
He began his professional career in 1991 after completing a degree in Industrial Engineering and has held various executive roles within the Voith Group since the mid-1990s.
Jan Lüder

Jan Lüder has served as Chief Executive Officer of Voith Hydro and Member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith Group since April 1, 2025. Prior to joining Voith, he was Division Head Flow and Member of the Executive Committee at Sulzer AG in Switzerland.
Between 2015 and 2022, Mr. Lüder held various senior management positions at thyssenkrupp, including CEO of the Mining Technologies business unit, CEO Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific, and CEO Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
From 1995 to 2015, he spent nearly 20 years at Siemens AG, holding international management roles in Metals Technologies, Industrial Solutions, and Power Generation across Asia and Europe.
Jan Lüder holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin.

Katharina Rath
CPO Voith Group
Katharina Rath has been the Chief People Officer of the Voith Group since July 1, 2025. She brings international leadership experience from Siemens AG, Continental AG, and DB Schenker AG, where she most recently served as a member of the global management board and Chief People Officer.
Ms. Rath also serves on the advisory board of Workday, a leading provider of AI-powered enterprise applications for finance and HR, and is a founding and board member of the NextGen Board.
She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Regensburg, is a certified systemic coach, and has earned various certificates from internationally renowned business schools, including in the field of artificial intelligence.
