Voith’s ToughLine 3S design will help provide a uniform felt surface to improve sheet smoothness while giving you the sheet transfer and wear resistant characteristics needed on the surface and roll side of the felt. • The base structure will consist of a larger CD and MD yarn woven into Voith‘s Infinity weave pattern to help provide more void volume to remove more water from the sheet.

Form OP is Voith’s coarse double-layer design developed for pulp production. Drainage is excellent for optimal production, and fiber support is very good to prevent fiber stapling. Stability and durability ensure maximum life potential. Form OP is available both endless and with a pin seam.

The new multi-dimensional base component with alternating dynamic filaments for an increased open structure allows a considerable reduction of vacuum.
